Shipping & Returns
We endeavour to process your order within 2 working days. Please be mindful that over the weekends, public holidays and religious holidays we cannot always guarantee this same timeframe. Once processed all of our orders are shipped from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia. We will send you an email notifying of when your order has been shipped and the tracking options available for this.
All of our international orders are shipped via DHL. Please allow 4-7 business days for shipping to Australia and 5-10 business days for other International locations. However, unexpected delays can happen so please use this as a guide only.
Shop Circus is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. Furthermore, if a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
To prevent this from happening please double check your delivery address and look out for any delivery attempt notifications. Please note that we CANNOT send to PO BOXES so please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied.
We also do not take responsibility for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes that you may incur by your country. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as a payment penalty may occur from customs to release your goods. If your parcel does incur an import fee via your country you will be held responsible to pay this at your own cost.
